Starting with tome XXXIV – XXXVIII (1994–1998), the two series were collected into one volume. So far 24 tomes, representing 28 volumes, have been published.

2. Buletinul Institutului de Filologie Română „A. Philippide” [“The Bulletin of «A. Philippide» Institute of Romanian Philology”]

Editorial Staff: Ofelia Ichim, Maricica Munteanu, Ana-Maria Prisacaru, Elena Tamba.

A quarterly publication, edited since 2004 (when a unique issue was published: 1–4), bearing the title of the first journal of the Institute (1932–1950), started by Mircea Ciubotaru (who was a member of the editorial staff until 2007, together with Gabriela Haja, until 2010, and Ofelia Ichim). The Bulletin has an informative purpose and reflects in standing headings the current scholarly and organizational activity of the Institute. We record quarterly reports of the stages of the research projects in every department, we summarize the monthly dissertations organized in the Institute and we mention all the researchers’ participations in academic national and international events. We also list the editorial and journalistic contributions of the members of the Institute (books, studies, articles, reviews) and the responses to this activity. In order to highlight the specific activities of the Institute, we have published several synopses of the goals and the achievements of the departments after 1950 and we have published articles on the evocations and profiles (on anniversary or commemoration occasions) of important personalities in Romanian academic life. The Bulletin records events that are landmarks in the organizational evolution of the Institute: hiring contests, promotion contests, PhD graduations, exchange visits, retirements. The Bulletin can be consulted at the address: http://www.philippide.ro/pages/arhiva.html
